Palmer at Vir
The AES Palmer orbits Vir (Alpha Centauri A IV) during the 2184-7 expedition from the Atlantis (Alpha Centauri B IV). The 292 meters long ship was the first long range vessel built at Atlantis. While coasting, the crew of one hundred lives in the four 48 meter diameter habitat rings (48 meters diameter). The forward section houses ten main decks, plus a large hanger bay with six landers.
