Moon Pillar

The terraformation of the Earth's moon was one of the greatest feats of planetary engineering of the early fourth millennium.  Seas flooded the maria and nano-sculpted terrains and cities rose from the dust of the old moon.  Anchordown, set in the bowl of a preserved crater was built to buttress Luna's new Orbital Ring and soon became a hub for millions of vacationers anxious to sail and soar above Luna's new oceans.
